Cherry stone heating pad – MEDICAL PRODUCT

The heating pad is made from properly selected and dried cherry stones. It is 100% safe and suitable for infants.

This product does not contain liquids that could leak. Once heated, it retains its temperature for up to 1 hour. It releases heat naturally, eliminating the risk of burns or skin damage.

The shape is ideal for little tummies.

IMPORTANT: Removable, washable cover.

Use as a hot compress:

- newborn colic, bloating

- sciatica

- muscle pain

- menstrual pain

Use as a cold compress:

- insect bites

- fever

- bruises, swellings,

- migraines

Usage:

Heating:

Place the heating pad in a microwave (600 W / approx. 90 seconds), an oven (130 °C / approx. 10 minutes), or on another heat source, such as a radiator. NEVER HEAT THE INSERT WITH THE COVER ON.

CAUTION – do not use the heated pad to treat heart disease, vein conditions, or acute inflammation.

Once the heating pad is hot, mix the seeds and check the temperature on your wrist.

Cooling:

Place the heating pad with the cover in the freezer for about 60 minutes or in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

Remember to keep it away from contact with food.

The cover can be hand-washed or machine-washed at 30°C. NEVER wash the cover with the seeds inside.

This product is not a toy – it contains small parts that a child could swallow.

Check the product for damage before each use. If the insert is worn out/dirty, replace it with a new one.

If the total amount of the goods is less than 99 EUR (1079 SEK) - delivery to parcel lockers:
• The Netherlands - 9.99 EUR
• Finland - 10.99 EUR
• Sweden - 120 SEK

• Courier delivery to home is not available.
• The recipient must collect the parcel from the terminal within 72 hours.
• Goods are dispatched to your specified address within 3-7 working days.

Return policy

The Buyer does not have the right to return the following goods:
• Pharmaceutical products (prescription and non-prescription).
• Compensated medical devices.
• Goods that the Buyer has used, damaged, had the packaging damaged, or that have lost their commercial appearance due to other actions of the Buyer, as well as goods that are not complete (e.g., lost parts, missing user manual or warranty booklet).
• Other goods that the seller may refuse to accept for return according to EU legislation.

Goods of satisfactory quality are considered as such if:

• The expiration date has not passed.
• They do not contain prohibited substances.
• Storage conditions were appropriate until delivery to the Buyer.
• The goods are not mechanically damaged and their packaging is intact.

Conditions for returning or exchanging goods

Goods of satisfactory quality that are returned or exchanged must be:
• Returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Undamaged and have not lost their commercial appearance (labels must not be removed or damaged, protective films must not be torn, etc.).
• Unused.
• Shipping costs are not refunded, and return shipping costs are not covered.

The product must be returned:

• In its original, unopened packaging.
• In the same configuration as it was received.
• With the proof of purchase, warranty card (if issued), user manuals, and other product accessories included.
