This fragrance-free micellar water is designed to cleanse and care for sensitive skin. It effectively removes even waterproof makeup. It restores proper moisture levels, refreshes, does not irritate the eyes, and does not cause tearing. It does not irritate the eyes and does not cause tearing. The liquid is also intended for cleansing and caring for sensitive skin.
Active ingredients:
- hero 3 [PEP]™ - technology based on the synergistic effect of 3 types of peptides, erythritol, and a prebiotic, providing multi-dimensional, effective care for radiant and healthy-looking skin
- hyaluronic acid - intensively moisturizes and retains water in the epidermis, thereby restoring skin firmness and elasticity, creating a protective film that prevents excessive moisture evaporation
- allantoin - prevents excessive water loss and supports the proper functioning of the skin's hydro-lipid barrier.

How to use:
Apply a small amount of the liquid onto a cotton pad and gently remove makeup with circular motions. Repeat the process until the pad is clean. To remove eye and lip makeup, hold the damp pad in place and then remove the makeup without rubbing.

Delivery cost and time in Lithuania:
• For purchases of 39 EUR or more, free delivery to a parcel locker.
• If the total amount of the goods is less than 39 EUR - delivery to parcel lockers throughout Lithuania (except for the Curonian Spit) - 2.89 EUR
Delivery cost and time to Latvia and Estonia:
• For purchases of 49 EUR or more, free delivery to a parcel locker.
If the total amount of the goods is less than 49 EUR - delivery to parcel lockers:
• Latvia - 3.79 EUR
• Estonia - 3.89 EUR
Delivery cost and time to the Netherlands, Finland, Sweden:
• For purchases of 99 EUR (1079 SEK) or more, free delivery to a parcel locker.
If the total amount of the goods is less than 99 EUR (1079 SEK) - delivery to parcel lockers:
• The Netherlands - 9.99 EUR
• Finland - 10.99 EUR
• Sweden - 120 SEK
• Courier delivery to home is not available.
• The recipient must collect the parcel from the terminal within 72 hours.
• Goods are dispatched to your specified address within 3-7 working days.
Return policy
The Buyer does not have the right to return the following goods:
• Pharmaceutical products (prescription and non-prescription).
• Compensated medical devices.
• Goods that the Buyer has used, damaged, had the packaging damaged, or that have lost their commercial appearance due to other actions of the Buyer, as well as goods that are not complete (e.g., lost parts, missing user manual or warranty booklet).
• Other goods that the seller may refuse to accept for return according to EU legislation.
Goods of satisfactory quality are considered as such if:
• The expiration date has not passed.
• They do not contain prohibited substances.
• Storage conditions were appropriate until delivery to the Buyer.
• The goods are not mechanically damaged and their packaging is intact.
Conditions for returning or exchanging goods
Goods of satisfactory quality that are returned or exchanged must be:
• Returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Undamaged and have not lost their commercial appearance (labels must not be removed or damaged, protective films must not be torn, etc.).
• Unused.
• Shipping costs are not refunded, and return shipping costs are not covered.
The product must be returned:
• In its original, unopened packaging.
• In the same configuration as it was received.
• With the proof of purchase, warranty card (if issued), user manuals, and other product accessories included.
The seller has the right not to accept the product, not to exchange it, and not to refund the money paid for it if:
• The packaging is opened.
• The product is not complete.
• It is damaged or in poor condition.
• It is not properly packed.
