AKUKU gel fever and pain relief compress - Kitten
This compress provides first aid and comfort in cases that do not pose a threat to life or health. One side is covered with a pleasant-to-the-touch fabric.
Usage:
- cold: for sprains, bruises, insect bites, swelling, irritation after sunbathing, headaches, fever.
- warm: for muscle pain, abdominal pain, all injuries and pains without swelling, cold hands and feet.
Note: If necessary, it is recommended to apply an antiseptic first, and then place the compress on the painful area for a few minutes.
Safety instructions: the compress can be prepared for use in a microwave or freezer according to these recommendations:
- microwave - heat the compress for no longer than 20 seconds at 700 watts power, without covering the compress during heating
- freezer - place the compress in the freezer for no longer than 5 minutes.
Clean the surface with a sponge and a mild cleanser.
Warning!
Always check the temperature of the compress after taking it out of the microwave or freezer by placing it on your own hand before applying it to the child's painful area. Too high or too low a temperature can cause skin problems. The compress is intended for external use only. The compress is not a toy and must always be used under adult supervision. If you have any doubts about your child's health, consult a doctor. Before use, ensure that the compress is clean and undamaged.
The compress contains no toxic substances. Completely free of bisphenol A (0% BPA).

Return policy
The Buyer may not return the following goods:
• Medicinal products (prescription and non-prescription).
• Reimbursable medical devices.
• Goods that the Buyer has used or damaged, whose packaging the Buyer has damaged, or which have lost their commercial appearance due to other actions of the Buyer, as well as incomplete goods (e.g. missing parts, no instructions for use or warranty card).
• Other goods whose return the seller may refuse under EU legislation.
Goods are considered of proper quality if:
• The expiry date has not passed.
• They contain no prohibited substances.
• They were stored under proper conditions until handed over to the Buyer.
• The goods are not mechanically damaged and their packaging is intact.
Conditions for returned or exchanged goods
Goods of proper quality that are returned or exchanged must be:
• Returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Undamaged and must not have lost their commercial appearance (labels not removed or damaged, protective films not torn off, etc.).
• Unused.
Important:
The Buyer pays the return shipping costs. Shipping costs – both for delivering the goods to the Buyer and for returning them – are not refunded.
Goods must be returned:
• In the original, unopened packaging.
• Complete, exactly as received.
• Together with the proof of purchase, the warranty card (if issued), instructions for use and other accessories.
The Seller has the right to refuse to accept or exchange the goods and to refuse a refund if:
• The packaging has been opened.
• The goods are incomplete.
• The goods are damaged or defective.
• The goods are not properly packed.
