Akuku® gel packs are a product designed for the well-being of women during breastfeeding. Made from non-toxic material, free of latex, lead, and bisphenol. The compresses can be used cold or warm, depending on your needs.
The gel pack is covered on one side with a soft and gentle fabric that ensures comfort and does not cause irritation.
< p>Warm use:
- They help unblock clogged milk ducts and provide relief for mastitis, as well as swollen, engorged breasts. They should be used immediately before breastfeeding to facilitate milk flow. They can also be used before or during pumping to shorten pumping time by stimulating faster milk flow.
- Preparation method: place the compress in the microwave. Set the time according to the microwave power (700 W - 16 seconds / 1,000 W - 13 seconds / 1,250 W - 11 seconds). Each compress should be heated separately. After checking the heating level of the compresses, you can heat the compress for another 5 seconds if necessary.
Cold use: p>
- They provide relief for painful and swollen breasts due to engorgement or mastitis. To keep the compresses in place, you can place them inside your bra.
- Preparation method: place the compresses in the freezer for at least 2 hours. The wraps should be applied on the fabric-covered side.

Do not place heavy objects on the compresses.
Do not use on children.
Akuku gel packs should not be heated longer than recommended by the manufacturer. Heating contrary to the instructions may damage them. Always check the temperature of the compresses before use. Overheating or prolonged use can cause personal injury. Do not use on sensitive skin or open wounds. Use only under adult supervision. Do not tear or ingest the contents of the compresses. You should not fall asleep while wearing the compresses. In case of severe, persistent pain, please consult a doctor.

Return policy
The Buyer may not return the following goods:
• Medicinal products (prescription and non-prescription).
• Reimbursable medical devices.
• Goods that the Buyer has used or damaged, whose packaging the Buyer has damaged, or which have lost their commercial appearance due to other actions of the Buyer, as well as incomplete goods (e.g. missing parts, no instructions for use or warranty card).
• Other goods whose return the seller may refuse under EU legislation.
Goods are considered of proper quality if:
• The expiry date has not passed.
• They contain no prohibited substances.
• They were stored under proper conditions until handed over to the Buyer.
• The goods are not mechanically damaged and their packaging is intact.
Conditions for returned or exchanged goods
Goods of proper quality that are returned or exchanged must be:
• Returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Undamaged and must not have lost their commercial appearance (labels not removed or damaged, protective films not torn off, etc.).
• Unused.
Important:
The Buyer pays the return shipping costs. Shipping costs – both for delivering the goods to the Buyer and for returning them – are not refunded.
Goods must be returned:
• In the original, unopened packaging.
• Complete, exactly as received.
• Together with the proof of purchase, the warranty card (if issued), instructions for use and other accessories.
The Seller has the right to refuse to accept or exchange the goods and to refuse a refund if:
• The packaging has been opened.
• The goods are incomplete.
• The goods are damaged or defective.
• The goods are not properly packed.
