A convenient and easy way to ensure effective, long-lasting hair removal. Ideally suited for use on the face, arms, underarms, and bikini area. Leaves your skin hair-free for up to 4 weeks.
For better results, hair should be 2-5 mm long. Ensure your skin is dry, uninjured, and free of oils or creams. For better results, slightly warm the wax strip by rubbing it between your fingers for 30 seconds and slowly peel the strips apart. If necessary, leave the strips on longer. Check that both sides of the strip have the same amount of wax.
APPLICATION AND REMOVAL
Identify the direction of hair growth. Apply the wax in the direction of hair growth, rub the strip to ensure it adheres properly to the skin. Hold the skin taut with one hand, and with the other hand, quickly remove the wax layer with a motion parallel to the skin and against the direction of hair growth. It is very important that the product is removed vigorously and pulled away from the skin. The same strip can be used more than once during a single session if it still adheres sufficiently to the skin. When it no longer sticks, use a new strip. Lips: Hair on the lips usually grows in two directions, from the center outwards, so it must be removed in two stages: one side on the left and the other side on the right.
AFTER HAIR REMOVAL
To remove any remaining wax traces on the skin, wipe them off with the back of the used strip. After removing all hair, any remaining wax can be removed with a cotton pad or tissue dampened with baby oil. Do not use soap, water, or alcohol to remove wax residue.

Return policy
The Buyer may not return the following goods:
• Medicinal products (prescription and non-prescription).
• Reimbursable medical devices.
• Goods that the Buyer has used or damaged, whose packaging the Buyer has damaged, or which have lost their commercial appearance due to other actions of the Buyer, as well as incomplete goods (e.g. missing parts, no instructions for use or warranty card).
• Other goods whose return the seller may refuse under EU legislation.
Goods are considered of proper quality if:
• The expiry date has not passed.
• They contain no prohibited substances.
• They were stored under proper conditions until handed over to the Buyer.
• The goods are not mechanically damaged and their packaging is intact.
Conditions for returned or exchanged goods
Goods of proper quality that are returned or exchanged must be:
• Returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Undamaged and must not have lost their commercial appearance (labels not removed or damaged, protective films not torn off, etc.).
• Unused.
Important:
The Buyer pays the return shipping costs. Shipping costs – both for delivering the goods to the Buyer and for returning them – are not refunded.
Goods must be returned:
• In the original, unopened packaging.
• Complete, exactly as received.
• Together with the proof of purchase, the warranty card (if issued), instructions for use and other accessories.
The Seller has the right to refuse to accept or exchange the goods and to refuse a refund if:
• The packaging has been opened.
• The goods are incomplete.
• The goods are damaged or defective.
• The goods are not properly packed.
