The base of this nourishing shower gel with poppy seed oil consists of organic, BIO-certified ingredients. Poppy seed oil effectively nourishes and improves the condition of the skin, leaving it firm and smooth. Sunflower oil, thanks to its moisturizing properties, gives the skin a radiant glow and freshness, while maintaining its natural protective barrier. The chamomile extract in the gel has ideal cleansing properties, and the antioxidants it contains protect the skin from free radicals. Provitamin B5 intensively moisturizes, regenerates, and softens the skin, facilitating more effective penetration of active ingredients deep into the skin. Long-lasting glycerin is responsible for proper skin hydration and effectively soothes irritations. Lecithin softens the skin, allowing active and care ingredients to easily penetrate deep into it. The gel contains no synthetic fragrances, while natural essential oils—bergamot, orange, clove, and mint—have a stimulating effect on the senses and the body.

Return policy
The Buyer may not return the following goods:
• Medicinal products (prescription and non-prescription).
• Reimbursable medical devices.
• Goods that the Buyer has used or damaged, whose packaging the Buyer has damaged, or which have lost their commercial appearance due to other actions of the Buyer, as well as incomplete goods (e.g. missing parts, no instructions for use or warranty card).
• Other goods whose return the seller may refuse under EU legislation.
Goods are considered of proper quality if:
• The expiry date has not passed.
• They contain no prohibited substances.
• They were stored under proper conditions until handed over to the Buyer.
• The goods are not mechanically damaged and their packaging is intact.
Conditions for returned or exchanged goods
Goods of proper quality that are returned or exchanged must be:
• Returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Undamaged and must not have lost their commercial appearance (labels not removed or damaged, protective films not torn off, etc.).
• Unused.
Important:
The Buyer pays the return shipping costs. Shipping costs – both for delivering the goods to the Buyer and for returning them – are not refunded.
Goods must be returned:
• In the original, unopened packaging.
• Complete, exactly as received.
• Together with the proof of purchase, the warranty card (if issued), instructions for use and other accessories.
The Seller has the right to refuse to accept or exchange the goods and to refuse a refund if:
• The packaging has been opened.
• The goods are incomplete.
• The goods are damaged or defective.
• The goods are not properly packed.
