CHANTAL Sessio Macadamia Beige Hair Toner
Use on washed, damp hair. Contains nourishing shine-enhancing oils and softening conditioners. Tones down the color, giving light hair a bright, cool sandy shade. On darker hair, it revives and slightly cools the color. The ammonia- and hydrogen peroxide-free formula provides a subtle, gentle effect. The final result depends on the condition of the hair and the initial color – gray hair and hair with closed cuticles are less sensitive to the pigment, while bleached, dyed, and damaged hair are more sensitive.
How to use:Use as a conditioner. Apply to washed, damp hair, distribute evenly, and leave on for 10–30 minutes. Then rinse off.

Return policy
The Buyer may not return the following goods:
• Medicinal products (prescription and non-prescription).
• Reimbursable medical devices.
• Goods that the Buyer has used or damaged, whose packaging the Buyer has damaged, or which have lost their commercial appearance due to other actions of the Buyer, as well as incomplete goods (e.g. missing parts, no instructions for use or warranty card).
• Other goods whose return the seller may refuse under EU legislation.
Goods are considered of proper quality if:
• The expiry date has not passed.
• They contain no prohibited substances.
• They were stored under proper conditions until handed over to the Buyer.
• The goods are not mechanically damaged and their packaging is intact.
Conditions for returned or exchanged goods
Goods of proper quality that are returned or exchanged must be:
• Returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Undamaged and must not have lost their commercial appearance (labels not removed or damaged, protective films not torn off, etc.).
• Unused.
Important:
The Buyer pays the return shipping costs. Shipping costs – both for delivering the goods to the Buyer and for returning them – are not refunded.
Goods must be returned:
• In the original, unopened packaging.
• Complete, exactly as received.
• Together with the proof of purchase, the warranty card (if issued), instructions for use and other accessories.
The Seller has the right to refuse to accept or exchange the goods and to refuse a refund if:
• The packaging has been opened.
• The goods are incomplete.
• The goods are damaged or defective.
• The goods are not properly packed.
