12-in-1 hair removal cream: Effectively removes unwanted hair, quick and convenient to apply. Recommended for all skin types. Designed for sensitive areas: underarms, arms, and the bikini zone. Contains moisturizing D-panthenol, aloe vera extract, and urea. Slows down hair regrowth (Larrea divaricata extract).
Before using the hair removal cream for the first time, please read the precautions and instructions for use!
Instructions for use:
1. Apply an even, thick layer of cream to the area to be depilated using a spatula. Do not rub in. Leave the cream on for 3–8 minutes.
2. Remove the cream from a small area of skin. If the hair comes off easily, use the spatula to remove the rest of the cream. If necessary, leave the cream on for up to a maximum of 10 minutes.
3. Rinse skin thoroughly with warm water, without using soap. Do not use for facial hair removal!

Return policy
The Buyer may not return the following goods:
• Medicinal products (prescription and non-prescription).

• Goods that the Buyer has used or damaged, whose packaging the Buyer has damaged, or which have lost their commercial appearance due to other actions of the Buyer, as well as incomplete goods (e.g. missing parts, no instructions for use or warranty card).
• Other goods whose return the seller may refuse under EU legislation.
Goods are considered of proper quality if:
• The expiry date has not passed.
• They contain no prohibited substances.
• They were stored under proper conditions until handed over to the Buyer.
• The goods are not mechanically damaged and their packaging is intact.
Conditions for returned or exchanged goods
Goods of proper quality that are returned or exchanged must be:
• Returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Undamaged and must not have lost their commercial appearance (labels not removed or damaged, protective films not torn off, etc.).
• Unused.
Important:
The Buyer pays the return shipping costs. Shipping costs – both for delivering the goods to the Buyer and for returning them – are not refunded.
Goods must be returned:
• In the original, unopened packaging.
• Complete, exactly as received.
• Together with the proof of purchase, the warranty card (if issued), instructions for use and other accessories.
The Seller has the right to refuse to accept or exchange the goods and to refuse a refund if:
• The packaging has been opened.
• The goods are incomplete.
• The goods are damaged or defective.
• The goods are not properly packed.
