A lightweight cream for all skin types in need of hydration, especially those with innate or acquired sensitivity and a tendency to allergies. Contains Aloe extract (5%), Osmopur complex (2%), and Vitamin E (1%).

Additional information: Floslek Sensitive Moisturizing Cream is designed for sensitive skin prone to irritation or allergies. Aloe extract soothes and hydrates, the Osmopur complex (a combination of plant extracts) protects the skin from external factors, and Vitamin E acts as an antioxidant protecting against free radicals. The formula is lightweight, does not weigh down the skin, and is suitable for daily use, especially in the morning before makeup. Paraben-free, with 95% ingredients of natural origin. Manufacturer – Floslek (Poland), mass-market category, intended for women and men aged 18 and over. Dermatologically tested, suitable for all skin types, especially sensitive.
Usage: Apply a small amount of the cream to clean, dry facial skin and massage gently. Use in the morning and/or evening. Suitable as a makeup base.

Return policy
The Buyer may not return the following goods:
• Medicinal products (prescription and non-prescription).
• Reimbursable medical devices.
• Goods that the Buyer has used or damaged, whose packaging the Buyer has damaged, or which have lost their commercial appearance due to other actions of the Buyer, as well as incomplete goods (e.g. missing parts, no instructions for use or warranty card).
• Other goods whose return the seller may refuse under EU legislation.
Goods are considered of proper quality if:
• The expiry date has not passed.
• They contain no prohibited substances.
• They were stored under proper conditions until handed over to the Buyer.
• The goods are not mechanically damaged and their packaging is intact.
Conditions for returned or exchanged goods
Goods of proper quality that are returned or exchanged must be:
• Returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Undamaged and must not have lost their commercial appearance (labels not removed or damaged, protective films not torn off, etc.).
• Unused.
Important:
The Buyer pays the return shipping costs. Shipping costs – both for delivering the goods to the Buyer and for returning them – are not refunded.
Goods must be returned:
• In the original, unopened packaging.
• Complete, exactly as received.
• Together with the proof of purchase, the warranty card (if issued), instructions for use and other accessories.
The Seller has the right to refuse to accept or exchange the goods and to refuse a refund if:
• The packaging has been opened.
• The goods are incomplete.
• The goods are damaged or defective.
• The goods are not properly packed.
