Vegan lip balm for winter provides high protection and care even for very dry lips. Recommended for daily use, especially on cold days – it effectively moisturizes, provides slip, and nourishes the delicate skin. It protects against dryness and the negative effects of external factors, including wind, sun, cold, and low temperatures. Active ingredients in the product, including shea butter, candelilla wax, as well as well-known skincare oils such as apricot kernel oil and almond oil, improve the condition of the delicate lip skin. After the first use, lips regain smoothness and a healthy appearance. The product consists of 99% ingredients of natural origin, including plant-based waxes. It is free from water, gluten, lactose, artificial colors, or GMOs.

Return policy
The Buyer may not return the following goods:
• Medicinal products (prescription and non-prescription).
• Reimbursable medical devices.
• Goods that the Buyer has used or damaged, whose packaging the Buyer has damaged, or which have lost their commercial appearance due to other actions of the Buyer, as well as incomplete goods (e.g. missing parts, no instructions for use or warranty card).
• Other goods whose return the seller may refuse under EU legislation.
Goods are considered of proper quality if:
• The expiry date has not passed.
• They contain no prohibited substances.
• They were stored under proper conditions until handed over to the Buyer.
• The goods are not mechanically damaged and their packaging is intact.
Conditions for returned or exchanged goods
Goods of proper quality that are returned or exchanged must be:
• Returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Undamaged and must not have lost their commercial appearance (labels not removed or damaged, protective films not torn off, etc.).
• Unused.
Important:
The Buyer pays the return shipping costs. Shipping costs – both for delivering the goods to the Buyer and for returning them – are not refunded.
Goods must be returned:
• In the original, unopened packaging.
• Complete, exactly as received.
• Together with the proof of purchase, the warranty card (if issued), instructions for use and other accessories.
The Seller has the right to refuse to accept or exchange the goods and to refuse a refund if:
• The packaging has been opened.
• The goods are incomplete.
• The goods are damaged or defective.
• The goods are not properly packed.
