### Preparation and use
**Method of use:** Wash your hair with shampoo and towel-dry it, then comb through thoroughly. Wind strands of hair onto curlers. Start from the top of the head towards the back, then wind the strands on the sides. Very thoroughly moisten the hair wound on the curlers with the curling lotion, cover with a plastic cap and wrap in a towel. Wait 10–30 minutes. The processing time for normal or slightly resistant hair should not exceed 30 minutes, and for delicate, colored, or weak hair – 15 minutes. After the specified time, rinse the hair wound on the curlers thoroughly with warm water and towel-dry. Moisten each strand of hair wound on a curler twice and very thoroughly with the neutralizer. After 20 minutes, carefully remove the curlers, then massage the remaining neutralizer into the hair and leave for 5 minutes. Rinse the hair with warm water, dry it, and style.

Return policy
The Buyer may not return the following goods:

Goods are considered of proper quality if:
• The expiry date has not passed.
• They contain no prohibited substances.
• They were stored under proper conditions until handed over to the Buyer.
• The goods are not mechanically damaged and their packaging is intact.
Conditions for returned or exchanged goods
Goods of proper quality that are returned or exchanged must be:
• Returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Undamaged and must not have lost their commercial appearance (labels not removed or damaged, protective films not torn off, etc.).
• Unused.
Important:
The Buyer pays the return shipping costs. Shipping costs – both for delivering the goods to the Buyer and for returning them – are not refunded.
Goods must be returned:
• In the original, unopened packaging.
• Complete, exactly as received.
• Together with the proof of purchase, the warranty card (if issued), instructions for use and other accessories.
The Seller has the right to refuse to accept or exchange the goods and to refuse a refund if:
• The packaging has been opened.
• The goods are incomplete.
• The goods are damaged or defective.
• The goods are not properly packed.
