Joanna Naturia Loki permanent wave lotion for normal hair is perfect for all hair types, especially those that are not heavily damaged, are weak, or are difficult to style. With it, you will achieve elastic and long-lasting, natural-looking curls. Your hairstyle will gain elasticity and volume. Thanks to a formula enriched with a herbal complex that strengthens the hair, and proteins that protect the hair structure from harmful external factors, it will remain strong and shiny.

How to use:
- Wash your hair with shampoo, towel dry, and then comb through thoroughly.
- Wrap strands of hair around rollers. Start from the top of the head towards the nape, then wrap the strands on the sides.
- Thoroughly saturate the hair wrapped in rollers with the waving lotion, cover with a plastic cap, and wrap with a towel.
- Wait 10-30 minutes. The processing time for the lotion should not exceed 30 minutes for normal and slightly curly hair, and 15 minutes for delicate, dyed, and weak hair.
- After the specified time, rinse the hair wrapped in rollers thoroughly with warm water and towel dry.
- Each strand of hair wrapped around a roller should be saturated twice and very thoroughly with the neutralizer.
- After 20 minutes, gently remove the rollers, then massage the remaining neutralizer into the hair and leave it on for 5 minutes.
- Rinse the hair with warm water, dry, and style.
Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice. Use gloves.

Return policy
The Buyer may not return the following goods:
• Medicinal products (prescription and non-prescription).
• Reimbursable medical devices.
• Goods that the Buyer has used or damaged, whose packaging the Buyer has damaged, or which have lost their commercial appearance due to other actions of the Buyer, as well as incomplete goods (e.g. missing parts, no instructions for use or warranty card).
• Other goods whose return the seller may refuse under EU legislation.
Goods are considered of proper quality if:
• The expiry date has not passed.
• They contain no prohibited substances.
• They were stored under proper conditions until handed over to the Buyer.
• The goods are not mechanically damaged and their packaging is intact.
Conditions for returned or exchanged goods
Goods of proper quality that are returned or exchanged must be:
• Returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Undamaged and must not have lost their commercial appearance (labels not removed or damaged, protective films not torn off, etc.).
• Unused.
Important:
The Buyer pays the return shipping costs. Shipping costs – both for delivering the goods to the Buyer and for returning them – are not refunded.
Goods must be returned:
• In the original, unopened packaging.
• Complete, exactly as received.
• Together with the proof of purchase, the warranty card (if issued), instructions for use and other accessories.
The Seller has the right to refuse to accept or exchange the goods and to refuse a refund if:
• The packaging has been opened.
• The goods are incomplete.
• The goods are damaged or defective.
• The goods are not properly packed.
