Mixa Ceramide Protect protective moisturizing body lotion protects your dry skin. The balm maintains the skin's protective barrier and guards it against dryness for up to 24 hours, thanks to its 6% formula containing active ingredients such as:
Ceramides - ceramides are a type of lipid (fat) naturally found in the epidermal layer, which is part of the skin's protective barrier, protecting and moisturizing it, and helping sensitive and irritated skin;
Lipids - also a type of lipid naturally occurring in the skin, used in skincare products to regenerate the skin's protective barrier, helping to retain moisture in the skin, leaving it hydrated and smooth, improving its appearance;
Glycerin - a humectant, an ingredient that attracts and retains water, thus maintaining proper skin moisture levels.

How to use:
Apply to cleansed body skin in the morning or evening after a shower or bath. Spread with circular motions. The rich consistency absorbs quickly and does not cause discomfort. You can get dressed immediately after applying the balm. The packaging with a pump ensures convenient product use.

Return policy
The Buyer may not return the following goods:
• Medicinal products (prescription and non-prescription).
• Reimbursable medical devices.
• Goods that the Buyer has used or damaged, whose packaging the Buyer has damaged, or which have lost their commercial appearance due to other actions of the Buyer, as well as incomplete goods (e.g. missing parts, no instructions for use or warranty card).
• Other goods whose return the seller may refuse under EU legislation.
Goods are considered of proper quality if:
• The expiry date has not passed.
• They contain no prohibited substances.
• They were stored under proper conditions until handed over to the Buyer.
• The goods are not mechanically damaged and their packaging is intact.
Conditions for returned or exchanged goods
Goods of proper quality that are returned or exchanged must be:
• Returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Undamaged and must not have lost their commercial appearance (labels not removed or damaged, protective films not torn off, etc.).
• Unused.
Important:
The Buyer pays the return shipping costs. Shipping costs – both for delivering the goods to the Buyer and for returning them – are not refunded.
Goods must be returned:
• In the original, unopened packaging.
• Complete, exactly as received.
• Together with the proof of purchase, the warranty card (if issued), instructions for use and other accessories.
The Seller has the right to refuse to accept or exchange the goods and to refuse a refund if:
• The packaging has been opened.
• The goods are incomplete.
• The goods are damaged or defective.
• The goods are not properly packed.
