How to use Remember that the scalp should be washed twice - this will ensure a thorough cleanse. Lather a small amount of shampoo in your hands and apply to the scalp. Gently massage with your fingertips, carefully distributing the shampoo over the entire surface of the head. Rinse thoroughly with water. Repeat the whole process.
During the second wash, leave the active lather on your hair for a moment - let it run through the entire length. This will cleanse the hair without rubbing, and the active ingredients will work better on the scalp. Then rinse thoroughly with warm, but not hot, water to avoid drying out and irritating the skin.

Return policy
The Buyer may not return the following goods:

• Goods that the Buyer has used or damaged, whose packaging the Buyer has damaged, or which have lost their commercial appearance due to other actions of the Buyer, as well as incomplete goods (e.g. missing parts, no instructions for use or warranty card).
• Other goods whose return the seller may refuse under EU legislation.
Goods are considered of proper quality if:
• The expiry date has not passed.
• They contain no prohibited substances.
• They were stored under proper conditions until handed over to the Buyer.
• The goods are not mechanically damaged and their packaging is intact.
Conditions for returned or exchanged goods
Goods of proper quality that are returned or exchanged must be:
• Returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Undamaged and must not have lost their commercial appearance (labels not removed or damaged, protective films not torn off, etc.).
• Unused.
Important:
The Buyer pays the return shipping costs. Shipping costs – both for delivering the goods to the Buyer and for returning them – are not refunded.
Goods must be returned:
• In the original, unopened packaging.
• Complete, exactly as received.
• Together with the proof of purchase, the warranty card (if issued), instructions for use and other accessories.
The Seller has the right to refuse to accept or exchange the goods and to refuse a refund if:
• The packaging has been opened.
• The goods are incomplete.
• The goods are damaged or defective.
• The goods are not properly packed.
