How to use:

Use daily after thorough cleansing of the makeup/eye area. Using the eyeliner brush, apply a small amount to clean and dry eyelid skin at the base of the eyelashes. Then, using the brush, apply to the eyelashes and/or eyebrows and leave to absorb.
