Almond-shaped upper acrylic gel forms. Designed for nail extensions with SEMILAC Elastic Acrylgel. They will help you easily and quickly achieve the correct nail structure. They are made of durable and flexible transparent plastic (PP). The scales on the forms will help ensure a uniform extension length on all nails. Suitable for multiple use. 12 form sizes allow for a perfect fit for different nail shapes.

Instructions for use:
Prepare the nails
Fit the form to the natural nail (it should be slightly larger than the natural nail)
Apply a rubbing layer of your favorite Semilac base coat and cure it in a lamp
Apply the required amount of your favorite Semilac Elastic Acrylgel to the inner (concave) side of the form for the desired length.
Spread the Elastic Acrylgel using a Semilac Basic Gel flat brush dampened with Semilac Acrylic Liquid.
Carefully place the form on the nail plate and press very gently. (The form should adhere well to the nail, keeping a small distance from the cuticles)
Smooth it out from the bottom of the form using a Semilac Basic Gel Flat brush.
Cure in the lamp
After removing from the lamp, pull off the form by moving it from side to side.
Shape with a nail file or Semilac cutter 010, paying attention to the underside of the nail as well.
Apply your favorite SEMILAC color and finish the entire manicure with your favorite SEMILAC top coat

Return policy
The Buyer may not return the following goods:
• Medicinal products (prescription and non-prescription).
• Reimbursable medical devices.
• Goods that the Buyer has used or damaged, whose packaging the Buyer has damaged, or which have lost their commercial appearance due to other actions of the Buyer, as well as incomplete goods (e.g. missing parts, no instructions for use or warranty card).
• Other goods whose return the seller may refuse under EU legislation.
Goods are considered of proper quality if:
• The expiry date has not passed.
• They contain no prohibited substances.
• They were stored under proper conditions until handed over to the Buyer.
• The goods are not mechanically damaged and their packaging is intact.
Conditions for returned or exchanged goods
Goods of proper quality that are returned or exchanged must be:
• Returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Undamaged and must not have lost their commercial appearance (labels not removed or damaged, protective films not torn off, etc.).
• Unused.
Important:
The Buyer pays the return shipping costs. Shipping costs – both for delivering the goods to the Buyer and for returning them – are not refunded.
Goods must be returned:
• In the original, unopened packaging.
• Complete, exactly as received.
• Together with the proof of purchase, the warranty card (if issued), instructions for use and other accessories.
The Seller has the right to refuse to accept or exchange the goods and to refuse a refund if:
• The packaging has been opened.
• The goods are incomplete.
• The goods are damaged or defective.
• The goods are not properly packed.
