The gel is designed for daily face and eye cleansing and makeup removal, intended for skin prone to rosacea. After use, the skin is smoother and cleaner than ever before. The gel is made from natural ingredients and coconut-based cleansers, making it extremely gentle. Lactobionic and azelaic acids form a complex that has anti-inflammatory properties and reduces redness.
Active ingredients:
LACTOBIONIC ACID - strengthens the skin's repair mechanisms and protects it from free radicals. It deeply hydrates and stimulates the cell renewal process. Studies confirm its effectiveness in reducing dilated capillaries.
AZELAIC ACID - alleviates inflammatory conditions. It has sebum-regulating and soothing effects on redness caused by rosacea.
CHAMOMILE EXTRACT - soothes skin irritation and has anti-inflammatory properties.
OAK BARK EXTRACT - has soothing and astringent properties. It provides relief for inflammatory conditions.

Return policy
The Buyer may not return the following goods:
• Medicinal products (prescription and non-prescription).
• Reimbursable medical devices.
• Goods that the Buyer has used or damaged, whose packaging the Buyer has damaged, or which have lost their commercial appearance due to other actions of the Buyer, as well as incomplete goods (e.g. missing parts, no instructions for use or warranty card).
• Other goods whose return the seller may refuse under EU legislation.
Goods are considered of proper quality if:
• The expiry date has not passed.
• They contain no prohibited substances.
• They were stored under proper conditions until handed over to the Buyer.
• The goods are not mechanically damaged and their packaging is intact.
Conditions for returned or exchanged goods
Goods of proper quality that are returned or exchanged must be:
• Returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Undamaged and must not have lost their commercial appearance (labels not removed or damaged, protective films not torn off, etc.).
• Unused.
Important:
The Buyer pays the return shipping costs. Shipping costs – both for delivering the goods to the Buyer and for returning them – are not refunded.
Goods must be returned:
• In the original, unopened packaging.
• Complete, exactly as received.
• Together with the proof of purchase, the warranty card (if issued), instructions for use and other accessories.
The Seller has the right to refuse to accept or exchange the goods and to refuse a refund if:
• The packaging has been opened.
• The goods are incomplete.
• The goods are damaged or defective.
• The goods are not properly packed.
