TMG, 500mg - 60 liquid vcaps - Life Extension
Life Extension TMG 500 mg provides trimethylglycine (also known as glycine betaine) in convenient liquid vegetarian capsules. As a methyl donor, TMG helps convert homocysteine – a primary biomarker for cardiovascular health – back into the beneficial amino acid methionine, functioning similarly to B vitamins B6, B12, and folate. Studies associate TMG with healthy homocysteine levels, normal blood pressure, mitochondrial function, liver health, and a balanced inflammatory response, making it a versatile supplement for adults focused on cardiovascular health and overall well-being.
Serving size: 2 liquid vegetarian capsules
*Daily value not established.
Directions
Take two (2) capsules in the morning with or without food, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. TMG should be taken with co-factors B6, B12, and folic acid.
