Application:
Apply the shampoo to damp hair and gently massage into the scalp until it lathers. Leave on for 2–3 minutes and rinse thoroughly with water. If necessary, repeat application. For best results, use regularly in combination with other RADICAL PRO AGE cosmetics.

Return policy
The Buyer does not have the right to return the following goods:

Goods of satisfactory quality are considered as such if:

• Storage conditions were appropriate until delivery to the Buyer.

Conditions for returning or exchanging goods
Goods of satisfactory quality that are returned or exchanged must be:
• Returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Undamaged and have not lost their commercial appearance (labels must not be removed or damaged, protective films must not be torn, etc.).
• Unused.
• Shipping costs are not refunded, and return shipping costs are not covered.
The product must be returned:
• In its original, unopened packaging.
• In the same configuration as it was received.
• With the proof of purchase, warranty card (if issued), user manuals, and other product accessories included.
The seller has the right not to accept the product, not to exchange it, and not to refund the money paid for it if:
• The packaging is opened.
• The product is not complete.
