Usage:
Intense skin hydration and regeneration.
To restore facial elasticity and a healthy glow.
To improve skin condition before an important event or in situations where it needs extra care.
Indications:
For dry and dehydrated skin requiring deep hydration.
For tired and dull skin requiring refreshment.
For any skin type as part of regenerative and moisturizing care.
For skin exposed to external factors such as air conditioning, wind, and cold.
Application:
Cleanse the face – before applying the mask, thoroughly wash your face with your favorite cleanser and pat dry with a towel.
Tone the skin – to allow the mask's ingredients to absorb better, prepare the skin with toner.
Open the packaging – gently remove the mask from the package and unfold it.
Apply the mask – place the mask on your face, adjusting the openings for the eyes, nose, and mouth.
Duration – leave the mask on your face for about 10–20 minutes to allow the active ingredients to absorb.
Remove the mask – after the indicated time, gently remove the mask.
Massage in the essence – gently massage the remaining essence into your face, neck, and décolleté until fully absorbed.
Masks can be used regularly, 2–3 times a week, depending on skin needs.

• The recipient must collect the parcel from the terminal within 72 hours.

Return policy
The Buyer does not have the right to return the following goods:
• Pharmaceutical products (prescription and non-prescription).
• Compensated medical devices.
• Goods that the Buyer has used, damaged, had the packaging damaged, or that have lost their commercial appearance due to other actions of the Buyer, as well as goods that are not complete (e.g., lost parts, missing user manual or warranty booklet).
• Other goods that the seller may refuse to accept for return according to EU legislation.
Goods of satisfactory quality are considered as such if:
• The expiration date has not passed.
• They do not contain prohibited substances.
• Storage conditions were appropriate until delivery to the Buyer.
• The goods are not mechanically damaged and their packaging is intact.
Conditions for returning or exchanging goods
Goods of satisfactory quality that are returned or exchanged must be:
• Returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Undamaged and have not lost their commercial appearance (labels must not be removed or damaged, protective films must not be torn, etc.).
• Unused.
• Shipping costs are not refunded, and return shipping costs are not covered.
The product must be returned:
• In its original, unopened packaging.
• In the same configuration as it was received.
• With the proof of purchase, warranty card (if issued), user manuals, and other product accessories included.
The seller has the right not to accept the product, not to exchange it, and not to refund the money paid for it if:
• The packaging is opened.
• The product is not complete.
• It is damaged or in poor condition.
• It is not properly packed.
