Composition (list of ingredients)
100% natural lemon balm essential oil (INCI: Melissa Officinalis Leaf Oil). Contains active compounds such as citral, citronellal, linalool, and geraniol, which provide antibacterial, antifungal, and soothing properties. Free from any additives or synthetic substances.

Main active ingredients:

Usage instructions
Use only diluted in a carrier oil or water, as pure essential oil can irritate the skin.
- Aromatherapy: 3–5 drops in a diffuser or burner with water.
- Massage: Mix 3–5 drops with 10 ml of carrier oil (e.g., almond), massage into the skin.
- Inhalations: 1–2 drops in a bowl of hot water, cover your head with a towel and breathe for 3–7 min. (keep eyes closed).
- Baths: 4–6 drops in a mixture with an emulsifier.

Cosmetics: Add to shampoo or cream for oily hair/skin. Use daily, but no longer than 2 consecutive weeks. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes – if it gets into the eyes, rinse with water. Do not use during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, for children under 6 years of age, or if you are allergic to any components. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Store in a cool, dry, dark place, away from children and heat sources. Do not use after the expiration date on the packaging. Do not swallow. After use, dispose of in accordance with waste management regulations.

Return policy
The Buyer does not have the right to return the following goods:
• Pharmaceutical products (prescription and non-prescription).
• Compensated medical devices.
• Goods that the Buyer has used, damaged, had the packaging damaged, or that have lost their commercial appearance due to other actions of the Buyer, as well as goods that are not complete (e.g., lost parts, missing user manual or warranty booklet).
• Other goods that the seller may refuse to accept for return according to EU legislation.
Goods of satisfactory quality are considered as such if:
• The expiration date has not passed.
• They do not contain prohibited substances.
• Storage conditions were appropriate until delivery to the Buyer.
• The goods are not mechanically damaged and their packaging is intact.
Conditions for returning or exchanging goods
Goods of satisfactory quality that are returned or exchanged must be:
• Returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Undamaged and have not lost their commercial appearance (labels must not be removed or damaged, protective films must not be torn, etc.).
• Unused.
• Shipping costs are not refunded, and return shipping costs are not covered.
The product must be returned:
• In its original, unopened packaging.
• In the same configuration as it was received.
• With the proof of purchase, warranty card (if issued), user manuals, and other product accessories included.
The seller has the right not to accept the product, not to exchange it, and not to refund the money paid for it if:
• The packaging is opened.
• The product is not complete.
• It is damaged or in poor condition.
• It is not properly packed.
