Active ingredients:
CICA exosomes – microscopic structures that transport active substances deep into the skin, promoting regeneration and strengthening of the epidermal barrier.
CICA bioferment – a concentrated form of fermented plant ingredients that intensely soothes, hydrates, and reduces redness, improving skin condition.
CICA extract – a rich source of antioxidants and regenerative substances that promote skin recovery. It features soothing, regenerating, and anti-inflammatory effects.
Madecassoside – an active substance of Centella Asiatica. It features regenerative, anti-inflammatory, and soothing effects. It strengthens the epidermal barrier, accelerates healing, reduces redness, and protects against oxidative stress.
Growth factors (EGF, IGF-1, bFGF, VEGF, aFGF) – stimulate cell renewal processes, promote collagen production, and improve skin firmness and elasticity.

Usage:

Return policy
The Buyer does not have the right to return the following goods:
• Pharmaceutical products (prescription and non-prescription).
• Compensated medical devices.
• Goods that the Buyer has used, damaged, had the packaging damaged, or that have lost their commercial appearance due to other actions of the Buyer, as well as goods that are not complete (e.g., lost parts, missing user manual or warranty booklet).
• Other goods that the seller may refuse to accept for return according to EU legislation.
Goods of satisfactory quality are considered as such if:
• The expiration date has not passed.
• They do not contain prohibited substances.
• Storage conditions were appropriate until delivery to the Buyer.
• The goods are not mechanically damaged and their packaging is intact.
Conditions for returning or exchanging goods
Goods of satisfactory quality that are returned or exchanged must be:
• Returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Undamaged and have not lost their commercial appearance (labels must not be removed or damaged, protective films must not be torn, etc.).
• Unused.
• Shipping costs are not refunded, and return shipping costs are not covered.
The product must be returned:
• In its original, unopened packaging.
• In the same configuration as it was received.
• With the proof of purchase, warranty card (if issued), user manuals, and other product accessories included.
The seller has the right not to accept the product, not to exchange it, and not to refund the money paid for it if:
• The packaging is opened.
• The product is not complete.
• It is damaged or in poor condition.
• It is not properly packed.
