Candle:
How to use: Place the candle away from windows on a stable, fireproof surface, such as a ceramic tray. • The optimal burn time for the candle is 3–4 hours, which helps avoid the tunnel effect (the top layer of wax should melt to a depth of about 1–2 cm per session). • Regularly trim the wick to about 0.5 cm. Do not drop wick trimmings or other materials into the wax.

Return policy
The Buyer does not have the right to return the following goods:
• Pharmaceutical products (prescription and non-prescription).
• Compensated medical devices.
• Goods that the Buyer has used, damaged, had the packaging damaged, or that have lost their commercial appearance due to other actions of the Buyer, as well as goods that are not complete (e.g., lost parts, missing user manual or warranty booklet).

Goods of satisfactory quality are considered as such if:

Conditions for returning or exchanging goods
Goods of satisfactory quality that are returned or exchanged must be:
• Returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Undamaged and have not lost their commercial appearance (labels must not be removed or damaged, protective films must not be torn, etc.).
• Unused.
• Shipping costs are not refunded, and return shipping costs are not covered.
The product must be returned:
• In its original, unopened packaging.
• In the same configuration as it was received.

The seller has the right not to accept the product, not to exchange it, and not to refund the money paid for it if:
