What does Aqua Sublime micellar gel do and how does it work:
• HYDRA 3D COMPLEX – hydrates, strengthens the epidermal hydrolipidic barrier, and smooths the skin.
• Aloe vera – hydrates, prevents TEWL, soothes, calms, and maintains proper skin moisture levels throughout the day.
• Prebiotics – support the skin microbiome, hydrate, soothe, and calm.
Directions:
Apply a small amount of the gel onto a cotton pad. Gently cleanse the face, eyes, and lips until all makeup and impurities are completely removed. Repeat until the cotton pad is clean. For complete facial refreshment, rinse with water. You can also use it as a facial cleanser – apply directly to damp skin. Gently massage in circular motions. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Use morning and evening as a daily cleansing step.

Return policy
The Buyer may not return the following goods:
• Medicinal products (prescription and non-prescription).
• Reimbursable medical devices.
• Goods that the Buyer has used or damaged, whose packaging the Buyer has damaged, or which have lost their commercial appearance due to other actions of the Buyer, as well as incomplete goods (e.g. missing parts, no instructions for use or warranty card).
• Other goods whose return the seller may refuse under EU legislation.
Goods are considered of proper quality if:
• The expiry date has not passed.
• They contain no prohibited substances.
• They were stored under proper conditions until handed over to the Buyer.
• The goods are not mechanically damaged and their packaging is intact.
Conditions for returned or exchanged goods
Goods of proper quality that are returned or exchanged must be:
• Returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Undamaged and must not have lost their commercial appearance (labels not removed or damaged, protective films not torn off, etc.).
• Unused.
Important:
The Buyer pays the return shipping costs. Shipping costs – both for delivering the goods to the Buyer and for returning them – are not refunded.
Goods must be returned:
• In the original, unopened packaging.
• Complete, exactly as received.
• Together with the proof of purchase, the warranty card (if issued), instructions for use and other accessories.
The Seller has the right to refuse to accept or exchange the goods and to refuse a refund if:
• The packaging has been opened.
• The goods are incomplete.
• The goods are damaged or defective.
• The goods are not properly packed.
