Why should you have an account?
It is worth having an account in the online pharmacy.
Although you can place an order without an account, registering is highly recommended, especially if you plan to purchase more than once, because:
• your customer details will be saved and easily accessible for future purchases;
• you will be able to view previous orders and repeat them;
• you will be able to edit or update your account information at any time;
• you will be able to submit inquiries regarding your order, loyalty program, or leave feedback.

Registration and passwords
Registration via mobile phone.
Click the Menu icon in the top left corner of our page.
At the bottom of the window that opens, click Log in.
In the new window, click the Register link at the bottom.
On the registration page, enter your first name, last name, email address, and password.
You will receive an email confirming successful registration.
Registration via computer
Click Log in in the top right corner of our page.
At the bottom of the window that opens, click Log in.
In the new window on the right, click the Register link.
On the registration page, enter your first name, last name, email address, and password.
You will receive an email notification confirming successful registration.
Forgot password
Click the Log in link.
Select Forgot password?
Enter your email address to reset your password.
You will receive an email with instructions on how to change your password.

In the new window, click the Register link at the bottom.
On the registration page, enter your first name, last name, email address, and password.

Enter your email address to reset your password.

Product selection and ordering
You can search for items by entering their name in the search bar or by using the categories in the menu bar.
You can mark the items you are interested in by clicking the heart icon. You will find all your saved items by clicking the heart icon in the menu bar. You can also remove items you are interested in by clicking the trash can icon on the item.
Once you have chosen an item, add it to your cart by clicking the ADD TO CART link. Your item will then appear in the cart, where you can pay for it immediately or after adding more items.
To view and pay for your items, go to the shopping cart.
If you want to increase or decrease the quantity of items, click the plus or minus sign next to the desired item.
Once you have decided to purchase the items, select the parcel terminal in your city where it is most convenient for you to pick them up and click the Pay link.
You can mark the items you are interested in by clicking the heart icon. You will find all your saved items by clicking the heart icon in the menu bar. You can also remove items you are interested in by clicking the trash can icon on the item.
Once you have chosen an item, add it to your cart by clicking the ADD TO CART link. Your item will then appear in the cart, where you can pay for it immediately or after adding more items.

Refund
• If the Buyer paid for the goods by card in the online store or via an electronic banking system, the money will be refunded by transferring the paid amount to the Buyer’s account within 14 calendar days from the date of returning the goods.
• If the Buyer paid for the goods in cash or by bank card when collecting the goods at a parcel terminal or during delivery by a courier, the money will be refunded by transferring the paid amount to the Buyer’s account within 14 calendar days from the date of returning the goods.

Prescription drugs
Prescription drugs are currently not sold in our online pharmacy.
