Retourbeleid
De Koper heeft geen recht om de volgende producten te retourneren:

Producten worden als kwalitatief goed beschouwd als:

• Ze tot de overdracht aan de Koper onder de juiste omstandigheden zijn bewaard.
• De producten niet mechanisch beschadigd zijn en de verpakking intact is.
Voorwaarden voor retour of ruil
Kwalitatief goede producten die worden geretourneerd of geruild, moeten:
• Binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van de bestelling worden geretourneerd.
• Onbeschadigd en in verkoopbare staat zijn (etiketten niet verwijderd of beschadigd, beschermfolie niet verwijderd enz.).
• Ongebruikt zijn.
Belangrijk:
De verzendkosten voor de retour zijn voor rekening van de Koper. Verzendkosten – zowel voor de levering aan de Koper als voor de retour – worden niet terugbetaald.
Het product moet worden geretourneerd:
• In de originele, ongeopende verpakking.
• Compleet, zoals het is ontvangen.
• Samen met het aankoopbewijs, de garantiekaart (indien verstrekt), de gebruiksaanwijzing en andere toebehoren.
De Verkoper heeft het recht het product niet te accepteren, niet te ruilen en het betaalde bedrag niet terug te betalen als:
• De verpakking is geopend.
• Het product niet compleet is.
• Het product beschadigd of defect is.
• Het product niet goed is verpakt.
