Why is it worth having an account at WestPharmacy.eu?
It is worth having an account at the WestPharmacy.eu online store.
Although it is possible to place an order without an account, it is highly recommended to register, especially if you plan to purchase more than once, because:
• buyer data will remain and be easily accessible during other purchases;
• you will be able to view previous orders and repeat them;
• you can edit or add to your account information at any time;
• you will be able to submit inquiries regarding your order, loyalty program, or leave feedback.
Registration by mobile phone.

In the window that opens, click Log in at the bottom of the bar.
In the new window, click the Register link at the bottom.
On the registration page, enter your first name, last name, email, and password.

Click the Sign in link.
Select Forgot your password?
Enter your email to reset your password.
You will receive an email with instructions on how to change your password.
You can search for products by entering the name in the search bar or by category in the menu bar.
You can mark the products you are interested in by clicking on the heart. You can find all the products you are interested in by clicking on the heart in the menu bar. You can also delete items you are interested in by clicking the trash can icon on that item.
Once you have selected an item, add it to your cart by clicking the ADD TO CART link . Your item will appear in your cart, which you can pay for immediately or after adding more items.
To view and pay for items, go to the shopping cart.
If you want to add or reduce the quantity of items, click the plus or minus sign next to the desired item.
Once you have decided to purchase the goods, select the parcel machine in your city where it is most convenient for you to pick up the goods and click the Pay link.
If you want the goods to be delivered to your home, then you do not need to choose a parcel machine.
Secure payment is possible in the following ways:

Delivery
Delivery price and time:
• When purchasing goods for 79 EUR or more, delivery to a parcel terminal is free.
• If the total amount of goods is less than 79 EUR - delivery to Omniva parcel terminals throughout Latvia, Estonia, Finland - 5.99 EUR.

• Courier delivery to homes throughout Latvia, Estonia, Finland - 14.99 euros.
• The recipient must collect the shipment from the terminal within 72 hours.
• Goods are shipped to your specified address within 1-7 business days.

Product return policy
The buyer does not have the right to return the following goods:
• Pharmaceuticals (prescription and non-prescription).
• Reimbursable medical devices.
• Goods that the Buyer has used, damaged, damaged their packaging or lost their commercial appearance due to other actions of the Buyer, as well as goods that are not fully completed (e.g., missing parts, no instruction manual or warranty booklet).
• Other goods, the return of which the seller may refuse to accept in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

Quality goods are considered to be such if:
• Not expired.
• Does not contain prohibited substances.
• The storage conditions prior to transfer to the Buyer were appropriate.
• The goods are not mechanically damaged and their packaging is intact.

Conditions for returning or exchanging goods
Quality goods that are returned or exchanged must be:
• Returns accepted within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Undamaged and in good condition (labels must not be removed or damaged, protective films must not be torn, etc.).
• Unused.

The product must be returned:
• In original packaging.
• Same configuration as received.
• Enclosing the product purchase document, warranty card (if issued), instructions for use and other product accessories.

The seller has the right not to accept the goods, not to exchange them and not to refund the money paid for them if:
• The product is not complete.
• Is damaged or untidy.
• Not properly packaged.
• If the Buyer paid for the goods by card in the online store or through the electronic banking system, the money will be refunded by transferring the paid amount to the Buyer's account within 14 calendar days from the date of return of the goods.
• If the Buyer paid for the goods in cash or by bank card when picking up the goods at a parcel machine or to a courier during delivery, the money will be refunded by transferring the paid amount to the Buyer's account within 14 calendar days from the date of return of the goods.
Prescription medications are currently not sold in our online pharmacy.
