How does the Boo Boo makeup remover work? Cleaning??
The Boo Boo Cleaning washcloth allows you to remove makeup without using cleansing cosmetics that may burden the delicate and sensitive facial skin. The washcloth should be moistened abundantly with water and then squeeze out the excess. And that's it. The washer is ready for operation. Now just place the wet washcloth on your face for a few seconds and gently wipe off the makeup.
After each use, the Boo Boo Cleaning washcloth should be washed thoroughly to rinse off the cosmetics and leave to dry in a safe and clean place.
The washer is available in two colors: pink and purple. We choose its color randomly.
Delivery
Delivery price and time:
- When purchasing goods for 99 EUR or more, delivery to a parcel terminal is free .
- If the total amount of goods is less than 99 EUR - delivery to parcel terminal throughout Latvia - 3.99 EUR, Estonia - 4.49, Finland ans Sweden - 9.99 EUR.
- Delivery by courier to homes throughout Latvia and Estonia - 9.89 EUR, Finland and Sweden - 14.99 EUR.
- The recipient must collect the shipment from the terminal within 72 hours.
- The goods will be shipped to the address you provided within 1-7 business days.
Product return policy
The buyer does not have the right to return the following goods:
- Pharmaceuticals (prescription and non-prescription).
- Reimbursed medical devices.
- Goods that the Buyer has used, damaged, damaged their packaging or lost their commercial appearance due to other actions of the Buyer, as well as goods that are not fully complete (e.g., missing parts, no instruction manual or warranty booklet).
- Other goods, the return of which the seller may refuse to accept in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
Quality goods are considered to be such if:

- Contains no prohibited substances.
- The storage conditions prior to transfer to the Buyer were appropriate.
- The goods are not mechanically damaged and their packaging is intact.
Conditions for returning or exchanging goods
Quality goods that are returned or exchanged must be:
- Refunds are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Undamaged and in good condition (labels must not be removed or damaged, protective films must not be torn, etc.).
- Unused.
The product must be returned:
- In original packaging.
- Same set as received.
- Enclosing the product purchase document, warranty card (if issued), instructions for use and other product accessories.
The seller has the right not to accept the goods, not to exchange them and not to refund the money paid for them if:
- The product is not complete.
- It is damaged or untidy.
- Not properly packaged.
