Dry Top from the Garden of Color line is a product that fulfills its role as a universal Top Coat for both hybrids and UV gels.
It does not leave a dispersion layer - there is no need to wipe the layer after curing!
Dry Top is convenient to apply, has the right density, becomes shiny for a long time after curing, and provides long-lasting gloss.
Essential for applying powders for Mirror or Holo decorations.
It can be used as a Base Coat and Top Coat with powders: Mirror Effect Powder, Chrome Effect Powder, Vintage Gold Effect Powder. In the case of Opal Mirror Effect Powder, it is suitable as a Top Coat.
How to use: spread a layer of gel with a brush on the painted nail plate and cure under a UV lamp for about 2 minutes or under an LED lamp for about 30 seconds.

Product return policy
The buyer does not have the right to return the following goods:

- Goods that the Buyer has used, damaged, damaged their packaging or lost their commercial appearance due to other actions of the Buyer, as well as goods that are not fully complete (e.g., missing parts, no instruction manual or warranty booklet).

Conditions for returning or exchanging goods
Quality goods that are returned or exchanged must be:

- Undamaged and in good condition (labels must not be removed or damaged, protective films must not be torn, etc.).
- Unused.
The product must be returned:
- In original packaging.
- Same set as received.
- Enclosing the product purchase document, warranty card (if issued), instructions for use and other product accessories.
The seller has the right not to accept the goods, not to exchange them and not to refund the money paid for them if:
- The product is not complete.
- It is damaged or untidy.
- Not properly packaged.
